In the context of famous noisy stories, it is perhaps necessary to look at the deepening of the dividing lines under the government from different angles, in order to get the most comprehensive idea of what possible “recipes” can exist in the “kitchen” of the government.
In particular, if the government starts talking about the “4th Republic” as the formation of statehood on a fundamentally different legal and political basis, then apparently it also has “ideas” about the internal political status quo of that “4th Republic”. The statehood with a completely new legal and political basis, of course, according to the current government’s idea, cannot live with the old internal political status quo, so to speak.
According to that, at least the question arises whether the deepening of the dividing lines under the government is not considered in practice as a way to transform the internal political status quo, the result of which, again according to the government’s perception, will be that the political system in Armenia will be formed separated from the existing government. but actually from the forces that descend. Naturally, that process can be developed not by “appointments”, but by so-called stimulations, including through conflicts.
Moreover, it should not be ruled out that such a possible “recipe” was developed not exactly in the official “kitchen” of Armenia. Of course, the origins of political designs can assume a wider range of sources. Even more so, the developments taking place in Armenia were not only not cut off from external realities, but were practically always subject to direct or indirect influences arising from those realities.
