The draft state budget of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic was discussed.

The Prime Minister of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic Sabuhi Mammadov said that the revenues of the state budget of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic for 2024 are predicted in the amount of 173,105,000 manats, which is 20,883,000 manats compared to the approved budget revenues of 2023 or 13 .7 percent more.

In 2024, it is planned to allocate 343,260,000 manat subsidies from the state budget of the Republic of Azerbaijan to regulate the income and expenses of the state budget of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic. The subsidy is 109,531,000 manats or 24.2 percent less than the budget of 2023, making up 66.5 percent of the budget expenditures. In 2024, the expenses of the state budget of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic are predicted in the amount of 516,365,000 manats, which is 88,648,000 manats or 14.7 percent less than the budget of 2023. In accordance with the economic classification, in the state budget of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic of 2024, 328,080,074 manats or 63.5 percent of expenses are allocated to the payment of labor, 82,498,379 manats are allocated to the purchase of goods (works and services) or 16 percent of expenses, and subsidies are allocated to 32 306,544 manats or 6.3 percent of expenses, 9,969,756 manats or 1.9 percent of expenses for grants and other payments, 5,838,197 manats for social payments or 1.1 percent of expenses, 57,672 for the purchase of non-financial assets 050 manats or 11.2 percent of the expenses are predicted.
