Speaking on Sky Sports after the match, MU legend Roy Keane heavily criticized Liverpool’s defense, saying: “During the match against Arsenal, Liverpool played very superficially. They did not show the necessary fierceness. Can’t believe they played like that. I want to give respect to Arsenal, they deserved this victory. But it must be admitted that in terms of defense, Liverpool did very poorly. Liverpool defenders play like drunk men.”

Besides, Van Dijk is the name most criticized by Roy Keane, this legend shared: “If Van Dijk is going to go forward like that, he has to do something on the ball… Van Dijk kicked as if there was no one in front of him. Very poor performance for a top player like Van Dijk.”
After this disappointing loss, Liverpool is still leading with 51 points after 23 matches, but is only five points ahead of Man City and has played two more matches. Meanwhile, with 3 points, Arsenal now rose to second place on the rankings.
