Examination meeting of SIGNA Prime Selection AG
In the restructuring process of SIGNA Prime Selection AG, 219 creditors have so far registered around EUR 6.3 billion at the audit meeting, of which around EUR 3.7 billion is unconditional and around EUR 2.6 billion is conditional. In total, around EUR 2.6 billion in liabilities are recognized. Liabilities will increase substantially, in particular due to intercompany receivables from the SIGNA Prime group of companies that have not yet been registered. However, as a result of the real estate transactions planned by SIGNA Prime Selection AG, it can also be assumed that the level of liabilities will decrease significantly.
The sales process initiated regarding the real estate portfolio is part of the restructuring concept of SIGNA Prime Selection AG. The restructuring manager is continuously involved in this process. From the current perspective of the restructuring administrator, the financing of SIGNA Prime Selection AG’s operations continues to be secured according to the financial plan presented. The review of the appropriateness and feasibility of the restructuring plan offered by SIGNA Prime Selection AG by the restructuring administrator will continue.
