Information on the concrete restructuring plan of SIGNA Prime Selection AG
Vienna (OTS) – On Wednesday, March 13, 2024, SIGNA Prime Selection AG linked the offered restructuring plan with a quota of 30%, payable within 2 years, to a restructuring trust.
All usable assets should be handed over to a trustee for the realization or satisfaction of the creditors. From the perspective of the restructuring administrator Abel Rechtsanwälte GmbH, the trust restructuring plan offered leads to a substantially higher quota expectation than in comparison to the break-up scenario. In her statement, the restructuring administrator stated that this improved trust restructuring plan is appropriate and recommends that creditors accept the trust restructuring plan.
