Hanoi Club and goalkeeper Bui Tan Truong reached an agreement to end the contract 3 months ahead of schedule.

On March 1, the Hanoi club officially announced farewell to goalkeeper Bui Tan Truong. Accordingly, both parties agreed to end the contract 3 months in advance.
The current capital team’s guard position is Quan Van Chuan and Nguyen Van Hoang. The coaching staff decided to register goalkeeper Nguyen Ba Minh Hieu to replace Tan Truong.
As for Tan Truong, he has been with the home team at Hang Day Stadium since May 2020, quickly proving his ability and receiving the trust of the coaching staff in recent times.
Over 4 seasons, the goalkeeper born in 1986 made 67 appearances and kept 26 clean sheets. The “veteran” from Dong Thap has made important contributions to Hanoi FC’s achievements such as the 2022 V.League championship, 2 National Cup championships 2020, 2022 and 2 National Super Cups 2020, 2022.
In addition, Tan Truong’s impressive performance in the 2020-2022 period also helped him be named in the list of Vietnam’s team participating in the AFF Cup and 2022 World Cup qualifiers.
Before saying goodbye to Hanoi FC, Tan Truong said: “First, I want to say thank you to the team leaders for trusting and giving me the opportunity to return to play after a temporary break. From there, , I collected a number of noble titles as well as achieved my goal of returning to play for the Vietnamese team.

According to the latest information, it is likely that Tan Truong will move to play for Truong Tuoi Binh Phuoc club in the 2023-2024 National First Division from phase 2.
