In its weekly session today, the Tenders and Auctions Board opened a bidding for a public bidding for investment in government land located in the Arad area of Muharraq, where Al Falah Private Schools Company LLC, Tylos Private School, and Faisal Contracting Company competed for this bidding.
Tylos Private School submitted the highest bid of 1.77 million Bahraini dinars, while Al Falah Private Schools Company LLC submitted the lowest bid of 717 thousand dinars.
The bidding for the Ministry of Finance is a public bidding for investment in government land located in the Arad area of Muharraq (Property No. 01019776), with an area of 12,451 square metres, and classified according to urban planning as public services (PS) for the purpose of establishing and operating a private school through a 29-year contract. .
