As of 8:00 a.m. today, some Vodafone customers had connection problems. Calling, texting or mobile internet did not work for them. Vodafone’s mobile network managed to be put into operation after 10 o’clock. The reason for the problems was a power outage in the operator’s data center. Spokesman Ondřej Luštinec told ČTK.

Voice and data services are already working for all our customers. Some customers may have experienced problems today due to a power outage in our data center,” said Luštinec.

An operator on the X network said shortly after eight o’clock that some customers may have problems with the mobile network or with calling the Customer Care Line *77.

According to the Downdetector website, the number of reported problems has increased from zero to around 1,800 this morning. The most common complaints from users were the lack of signal and the unavailability of mobile internet.
