Ralph Yirikyan, CEO of Ucom Company, presented practical business management skills and successful experiments to the students of the School of Ethics. People of different age groups and professions had the opportunity to listen to the lecture on the use of effective business tools. Lawyers, human resource management specialists, doctors and other specialists participated in the practical lecture.
“Today, business in Armenia is valued and has its own rules, which become one of the guarantees of the country’s economic stability. Success can be achieved by establishing a systematic business mindset and fair competition behavior regulations. In order to effectively organize business management, it is necessary to study demand, competition and project global trends on Armenian reality. In addition to realizing all this, it is necessary to form a business model and rules of the game by your own example, both in relations with employees and partners. One of the most important tools in business is to maintain the established strategy regulations,” said the General Director of Ucom Ralph Yirikyan:
Ralph Yirikyan presented about strategic thinking, goals and mechanisms for achieving them using the example of Ucom, the national communications operator in Armenia. He noted that one should not be afraid of making mistakes and it is necessary to offer unusual solutions for solving problems.
Summarizing, Ralph Yirikyan stated that initiative is one of the important prerequisites for success in all types of businesses. At the end of the lecture, the General Director of Ucom answered the questions of the participants and led a group discussion.
