Strict lending guidelines continue to make home ownership virtually impossible.
Vienna, Eisenstadt (OTS) – The state chairwoman of the Freedom Economy Burgenland (FW), NAbg, is not very satisfied. former KommR Petra Wagner, with the measures announced by the black-green federal government in the area of housing construction. She is particularly critical of the fact that the so-called KIM regulation is still in force: “As long as the strict lending guidelines are not withdrawn, it will be practically impossible for almost all Austrians to create home ownership,” says Wagner.
“The KIM regulation must finally be abolished! It must be possible again in Austria to acquire home ownership through hard work and performance,” concluded Wagner.
