Vienna (OTS) – In the current edition of the ORF night talk “Stöckl” on Thursday, March 7, 2024, at 11:05 p.m. on ORF 2, the cabaret duo Michael Niavarani and Jenny Frankl, presenter Fanny Stapf, best-selling author Ursula Poznanski and physicist Werner Gruber will be guests with Barbara Stöckl:
This is not the first time that actress Jenny Frankl and cabaret artist Michael Niavarani have worked together: after the two wrote the current Simpl revue “Air Down”, they will be on stage together again at the Theater im Park from May 24th. In a talk with Barbara Stöckl, they talk about writing together and talk about whether there are limits to humor.
The experimental physicist and former “Science Buster” Werner Gruber is not only a scientist, but also an amateur cook. In his new ORF III program “Gruber’s Experimental Kitchen” from March 13th (monthly Wednesdays at 10:30 p.m.) he will be serving up exciting science facts alongside roast pork. In the night talk “Stöckl” he reflects on the small and large things in life.
Writer Ursula Poznanski gives the hotly debated topic of “artificial intelligence” a starring role in her new work. “The Castle” is a thriller in which the AI develops a life of its own. But this is not her first bestseller: the successful young adult book “Erebos” has been translated into more than 30 languages.
From March 8th, Fanny Stapf will be presenting the new season of the ORF entertainment show “The Big Chance – Let’s Sing & Dance” together with Andi Knoll every Friday at 8:15 p.m. on ORF 1! Even as a teenager, she interviewed world stars as a reporter – there is a short look back in the program. She also talks about growing up with three older brothers.
