Apriyani Rahayu/Siti Fadia Silva Ramadhanti widened the Indonesian badminton team’s lead to 2-0 over Thailand in the quarter-final match Uber Cup 2024. Facing Jongkolphan Kititharakul/Rawinda Prajongjai, Indonesian women’s doubles won 21-17, 21-14 at the Hi-Tech Zone Sports Center Gymnasium, Friday (3/5/2024).
Apriyani/Fadia had difficulties facing Thailand’s representatives in the first game. Even the women’s doubles ranked ninth in the world were behind 10-11 in the first interval.
After the break, Apriyani/Fadia were able to catch up and reverse the position to 16-14. Two points ahead gave Apriyani/Fadia the freedom to win the first game 21-17.
