There are 25 members of the APF-SPAT organization, and 22 disabled people who were abandoned by their parents and raised by this center, together with their 05 caregivers and the staff 03. The president of the APF-SPAT association said that this assistance was done because of the feelings of the disabled caregivers abandoned by their parents, because among them, “The celebration of March 8th is a charity for the community”, not just a parade. He also pointed out that if the 179 women’s organizations in Toamasina all do good work for the community as mothers, the Malagasy country will move forward quickly.
On the other hand, APF-SPAT also respects gender, because it is always necessary for men and women to work together in everything that is done, if we want everything to be ready and accomplished.
