Starting from the square of the Cesar Government to the Alfonso López de Valledupar square, different personalities from the political sphere at the departmental and municipal level, ranchers and the community in general participated in the march promoted from the national level against the reforms of President Gustavo Petro .

With slogans and harangues, those attending the demonstration rejected, in addition to the reforms being debated in the Congress of the Republic, kidnappings, presence of criminal gangs, extortion, among other scourges.

The Cesar deputy, Claudia Margarita Zuleta, said, “we march for Colombian democracy, reminding the national government that it is a right that is exercised every day and citizens came out to defend themselves against political decisions.”

He also indicated that, “We defend the resources of the health sector, the improvement of the health system without destroying those built in 30 years, we defend pension savings, more pensions without depleting our savings, we defend that the business community can continue creating jobs, we reject the reform labor that puts the formal ones at risk.”

Approximately 500 people attended the mobilization.
