According to him, these substances have strong anti-inflammatory effects and are found in colorful plants such as carrots, blueberries, olives and strawberries.

Naidu is convinced that probiotics are another important element for a healthy brain. He noted that probiotics are fermented foods that reduce inflammation in the body.

Naidu called herbs and spices the fourth ingredient that is good for the brain. According to him, many people consider these products to be unimportant for health. But in reality, turmeric, pepper, thyme, parsley, ginger, garlic and other spices add flavor to food and also have an antioxidant effect.
