The Slovenian was good for no less than 37 points, 12 rebounds and 11 assists, but for the home team Jayson Tatum (32 points), Jaylen Brown (25) and Kristaps Porzingis (24) secured the victory.
It was already the 47th win of the season for the Celtics. This puts them in the lead in the Eastern Conference, with eight more wins than number two Cleveland Cavaliers. The Dallas Mavericks are number eight in the Western Conference.
