Publika.az informs that in an interview with “Rossiyskaya gazeta” the nutritionist said that first of all, it is necessary to prepare a healthy diet. These are popular sources of protein – meat, fish, chicken, eggs, cottage cheese and legumes.

According to the expert, they saturate the body perfectly. In this regard, the doctor reminded that during protein deficiency, a person begins to feel strong hunger.

“Also, the most beneficial foods for weight loss are those that contain a lot of fiber. Vegetables, whole-grain cereals, berries and fruits are rich in fiber, but you should not overdo it when eating them. Fiber foods are filling and reduce the feeling of hunger a little. At the same time, coffee and tea should be very carefully you should drink, because these drinks contain caffeine, which is harmful for hypertensive patients and people with heart disease”, – Semiryadov noted.

In addition, the expert does not recommend drinking apple cider vinegar or oils containing medium-chain fatty acids for quick weight loss. While there has been a flurry of news in recent years about the benefits of fatty acids, including their increased energy value and appetite control properties and positive effects on carbohydrate metabolism, nutritionists strongly disagree.
