Although many people are happy with the arrival of autumn after the last hot summer in Baku, there are not a few people who are depressed. To get out of this situation, experts recommend to be more active.

Publika.az reports that psychotherapist Yevgeny Fomin spoke about this in an interview with “Вечерняя Москва”.

“First, you can temporarily change your place of residence and go to hot regions, especially if you work online. But this has one disadvantage – high cost. Not everyone can treat their stress with travel.

Second, you need to do sports. Be sure that after achieving the desired result, you will be pleased with your beautiful reflection in the mirror. The enjoyment of physical exercise will invigorate and improve the general tone of the body. But do not force yourself to go to the gym, otherwise you will not get good emotions.

Third, associate only with nice people. Get rid of “toxic” people, they will only undermine your mental state. Be surrounded by those who are dear to you and whose opinions are especially valuable to you,” Fomin concluded.
