The famous Kazakh singer and musician Dimash Kudaibergen visited the volunteer headquarters in Aktobe, which is providing assistance to flood victims, Liter.kz reports.
The Anaga Tagzym center in Aktobe has become the main collection point for food and necessary items, which are distributed and delivered to evacuation points for flood victims. Thousands of volunteers do all this.
I couldn’t help but come here and visit my fellow countrymen, who have always supported me since childhood and wished me great heights. From the news I learned that the state is providing all the necessary assistance. The most important thing is that everyone can recover and return to normal life,” said Dimash Kudaibergen in a conversation with volunteers.
For the effective work of the volunteer movement, a regional headquarters was created, where volunteers were divided into two groups: the “Autovolunteers” group, which was engaged in delivering aid to victims by car, and a group involved in collecting and distributing humanitarian aid. Thanks to the efforts of 8,600 volunteers working around the clock since the floods began, it was possible to provide significant assistance to the victims.
Earlier, Dimash Kudaibergen published a video of floods from the Aktobe region and called for help for people in trouble.
