She explained that the launch of this package contributes to organizing and improving the procedures for licenses issued by the Real Estate Regulatory Agency, and enhancing the possibility of creating and maintaining a unified digital record containing all information related to real estate licensees in the Kingdom, in addition to rationalizing government expenses by reducing paperwork, calling on all users to Brokers, sales agents, real estate managers, and real estate developers can benefit from these new services by completing their transactions electronically.

On this occasion; Sheikh Mohammed bin Khalifa bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, CEO of the Real Estate Regulatory Authority, stressed the keenness to continue the prominent efforts to keep pace with the process of digital transformation of government work, praising the role of the Information and e-Government Authority in providing support to government agencies to keep pace with modern technological developments and harnessing them to provide the best digital solutions for services. He added that the launch of the new electronic services package, in addition to the previous services provided by the institution, comes within the institution’s efforts to transform all real estate services and transactions into an easy-to-use and more efficient digital environment for customers in the sector.
