The Board of Directors of the Bahrain Football Association approved an amount of 10 thousand dinars as cash prizes allocated to the fans attending the final match of His Majesty the King’s Cup, for the 2023-2024 sports season, scheduled for 6:30 pm on Saturday, March 9, at the Bahrain National Stadium, between the Muharraq and Al-Ahly clubs.
The Secretary-General of the Football Association, Rashid Al-Zoubi, said that the Board of Directors approved the allocation of 10,000 Bahraini dinars as cash prizes, as the fans attending will have the opportunity to win 200 cash prizes allocated for the “Most Expensive Cups” final.
Al-Zoubi stressed that allocating 200 prizes to the fans comes as a reinforcement from the Bahrain Football Association for the goals it has set for mass mobilization and motivating attendance in the race to compete for the Royal Gold. It also comes as an appreciation from the Federation for the prominent role played by the fans in enriching the Federation’s competitions and activities.
Al-Zoubi stressed that the Federation pays great attention to the “Most Expensive Cups” competition in all aspects, including the public attendance, which represents a contributing factor to organizational success on the one hand, and instilling spirit, enthusiasm and determination among the players on the other hand.
The Secretary-General of the Bahraini Football Association expressed his wishes to the two clubs for success, and for the matches to be shown in a wonderful manner that reflects the distinguished status of Bahraini football in general, and the most expensive cups in particular, hoping that the match will enjoy fair competition and encouragement with the usual sportsmanship from our Bahraini fans, whose distinguished presence is always accustomed to us.
