The words of the participants in the Federation of Training and Development Organizations conference in its fiftieth edition in the Egyptian capital, Cairo, confirmed that artificial intelligence does not represent a threat to well-trained cadres. The conference activities were held under the patronage of Egyptian Finance Minister Mohamed Maait. President of the Federation of Training and Development Organizations, Helmy Salam, said that the conference discussed the challenges facing administrative cadres in various institutions, especially since it was distinguished by the presence of broad international participation from various Arab and international countries, as more than 20 Arab and Western countries participated in the conference activities. Intermed’s CEO, Abdullah Al-Hamid, said that the conference, in its fiftieth edition, proved to be a great success in bringing together an elite group of experts and specialists in the field of training and development, and discussing the most important topics related to this field. The conference also stressed the importance of creative thinking and cooperation between generations in reshaping the future and achieving success.
Al-Hamid confirmed in his speech to Al-Bilad that artificial intelligence has a significant impact on human resources, but in a positive way, and will not threaten them with their departure, as by developing humans in institutions, they can double productivity, which consequently doubles companies’ profits.
