  • Focus on stopping any Arab security bleeding first, and then take effective measures to combat all forms of support for outlaw groups.

Your Highnesses, Excellencies and Excellencies, distinguished attendees, the Council of Arab Interior Ministers today is an opportunity to assess the situation and identify security risks and challenges, and our meeting comes under exceptional circumstances that our Arab world is going through, which prompts us to further consultation and exchange of opinions aimed at strengthening our front. Arab security, and distancing it from an atmosphere of insecurity, in order to consolidate the feeling of reassurance and security. This is the goal that every Arab citizen aspires to. I take advantage of this blessed meeting to speak to you, dear brothers, with a realistic perspective about the circumstances surrounding us, including the silent danger that is trying to invade and raid our Arab identity and its goals, with intrusive negative intellectual variables whose goal is to isolate the nation from its constants and authentic values and seek to replace them with an imported culture, such as the culture of violence and hatred. Creating internal conflicts under destructive slogans, which makes preserving our Arab identity the first buffer and the right path to our strength, the solidity of our security, and the stability of our society. Our Arab identity, brothers, embodies a strong, comprehensive feeling through connection to our commonalities based on language, religion, heritage and culture. Arab identity does not express itself within temporal and spatial boundaries, but rather is a collective Arab framework based on the concept of Arab belonging. Because belonging is the true rooting of identity and the backbone of its existence, and the general description of Arab identity is that its thesis be our social security. Therefore, appropriate mechanisms and means must be put in place to advance our Arab identity, and not be a hostage of circumstances. Rather, it is necessary to open the door and encourage the introduction of initiatives and programs that can be adopted by the Secretariat of the Council of Arab Interior Ministers in order to enhance and strengthen Arab identity as a symbol of our civilization and an indication of the strength and strength of our countries and the stability of our common security.
