Adal is a lagunero for a day

Tranquility dominated the Sanctuary of Cristo de las Noas at 5:00 in the afternoon on Thursday, May 2. The Sun peeked out at times, since the sky was somewhat cloudy.

A family from Jalisco knew the place, while some grandparents took photos with a beautiful panoramic view of La Laguna as a background.

When the clock struck 6:00 p.m., the calm was gone. In a red SUV, someone got out and caught the attention of the visitors to the emblematic place in the Region.

It was none other than Adal Ramones, who came to the region to promote the national premiere of his work, Otra vez papa, which will take place on May 9 at the Isauro Martínez Theater at 8:00 p.m.

“It’s Adal Ramones,” said a young woman just before trying to take a selfie with the Cristo de las Noas, and instead of doing so, she preferred to capture the Monterrey native with her mobile phone.

On the stairs, now close to the great religious monument, El Siglo de Torreón was waiting for him to hold an exclusive talk with several surprises, such as two Payo lunches and a traditional celis water.

Adal took a seat on a set set up by the Sanctuary, looked around the Christ in wonder and before speaking, clarified that he saw this site as very relevant for believers.

“I do believe in Jesus Christ, I am a believer,” he commented and was immediately asked if he entrusted himself to God every morning, to which he responded: “I wake up thinking that God has everything prepared for me, he puts it in front of me; he gives me health.” “It gives me work, it gives health to my loved ones and not only do you have to give thanks when things go well for you, you have to learn to give thanks when sometimes it puts you through trials.”

The driver sighed at the peace he felt in the Noas Sanctuary. Suddenly, he smiled, and there was something that he already wanted to share with the audience, the premiere of Otra vez papa, at the Isauro, a venue that he described as great.

“They would like a theater like this in other parts of the world. Getting to set foot in such a beautiful theater, so well preserved, with impressive architecture and very good acoustics; for me, it is a compliment and what better way to present them with a comedy” .

AMAZING HISTORY

Ramones shared that the story, in which he will share credits with Ana Belena, is incredible and has many monologues, one of the artist’s specialties.

“It’s an Argentine play and I adapted it to Mexico. It’s the crazy adventure of being a dad after your older children are grown. They’re going to laugh, but they’ll also feel a very nice caress in their heart.

“When I met the Argentine author, Daniel Dátola, I told him, ‘it seems like you interviewed me,'” and precisely a few months ago Adal became a father again, after having experienced fatherhood years before.

Little by little, more visitors arrived at the place, pausing their journey to see the royal, who announced that he will soon return to Televisa, while preparing other projects for the platforms.

“And you know what makes me happy. I recently went to Ventaneando and I was happy that they gave me the space. Pati Chapoy, divine. I didn’t see Daniel, but I’ve been keeping an eye on his health. Televisa came back to me last year to do Me and my celebrity, and now we’re watching another show.”

“Lonches Payo, give me a car,” he commented with a laugh and immediately tried the celis water with plenty of ice, which he also loved. The final tasting came when Ramones saw some bullfighting chiles that came with the lunches. He tried them and didn’t get excited. He enjoyed his lunch like any inhabitant of the Region.

At the end of the interview, Adal took some photos with the people who were there. He thanked them for their support, took photos with the Cristo de las Noas and retired, ending his day as a lagooner, in which in the morning he ate gorditas; in the afternoon, lunches and celis waters; He read El Siglo de Torreón and took a photograph next to the religious monument.
