Worker denounced by president of the TSE presents case to the union

The worker of the Supreme Electoral Tribunal (TSE), Christian Andree Natareno Juarezwho was denounced by the president of the entity, Blanca Alfaro, for recording conversations of the staff without having authorization, requested the intervention of one of the unions, since he considered that the magistrate misused her authority and displayed it in a degrading manner before media.

Through a letter addressed to the union group, the employee indicated that it was on February 23 when there was what he described as a conflict with Alfaro, whom he accused of acting arbitrarily by taking away his cell phone and refusing to return it to him. .

“By virtue of the regrettable situation that has occurred and being certain that the purpose of this union organization is to ensure the well-being of the workers of the Supreme Electoral Tribunal, defending them against abuses that may arise from the employers, I respectfully request your intervention,” express.

He added that this type of “abuses” should not be tolerated, otherwise a disastrous precedent would be set, by virtue of which the presiding judge can attack the assets and dignity of any TSE worker.

Worker caught recording

The president of the TSE, publicly, announced last Friday that a worker was surprised while recording conversations of the institution’s staff inside the offices. In addition, she confirmed the presentation of a complaint to the Public Ministry for the corresponding follow-up.
