The leak of the audio occurs in the midst of questions from the right about the management of the current mayor, Irací Hassler (PC) in the midst of the fight against the acts of crime and violence that have plagued the commune of Santiago and those that in its Most have been perpetuated by foreigners.

In the audio, Dussaubat questions Alessandri about signing an agreement that allows him to have resources for migrants living in the capital. Alessandri recognizes the signing of the agreement, but justifies it, pointing out that otherwise they would have to use municipal resources.
