The trial of Emil Agayev, who was accused under Article 178.3.2 of the Criminal Code, was continued at the Baku Court of Serious Crimes under the chairmanship of judge Ali Mammadov.
Publika.az “Unikal” reports that Emil Agayev fraudulently received money from 7 people up to 300,000 manats in the name of house construction.
It should be noted that athlete Kamil Zeynalli was recognized as a victim in the criminal case. A crime of 20,000 manat fraud was committed against him. Kamil Zeynalli said that he would donate 20,000 manats to Emil if the damage was not compensated: “I don’t want you to destroy the hopes of free people, let him go to prison.”
The accused filed a civil lawsuit against the victim: “My business collapsed after I met Kamil Zeynalli. Kamil Zeynalli is a showman. This used to send veterans to my door.”
The judge asked the other victims, apart from Kamil Zeynalli, whether they were pressured by Kamil. Victims reported no pressure.
Kamil Zeynallı: “He doesn’t have a soul, he is lying. Why did I bring his wife and children out in front of the public?”
Then the other victims were interrogated.
