A subject belonging to a gang group tried to burn his skin to hide his tattoos alluding to terrorist structures, but he was captured by elements of the National Civil Police (PNC).
The subject was identified as Arturo Alfredo Belloso Villalta, alias Zapatón, who was detained in the San Luis La Herradura sector, in the department of La Paz. The subject is profiled as a member of the MS-13 gang.
According to the police institution, Belloso Villalta burned his skin to hide his tattoos, but police records have him marked as a terrorist, so he was arrested after being located.
The Police also indicated that this subject worked as a security guard in a banking agency and was the founder of a gang in the Guadalupe neighborhood sector, always in La Paz. In addition, he has a record of illegal carrying of a firearm, resistance and other crimes.
