White Paper “Cloud, CO2 and collaboration: The future of cost engineering” gibt Einblicke dazu

Kuchl/Vienna (OTS) The software company Tset was founded in 2018 by CEO Andreas Tsetinis und COO Sasan Hashemi was founded in Kuchl (Salzburg) and met the needs of the industry: Tset’s solution uses AI-supported algorithms to enable data-driven decisions for sustainability and profitability in production and throughout the entire product life cycle. According to the World Economic Forum, the manufacturing sector is currently responsible for more than half of energy consumption and around a fifth of CO2 emissions. The pressure on the manufacturing industry with regard to savings and documentation is increasing on the one hand from the market and on the other hand from new regulations such as CBAM.

For tomorrow (March 5th) Energy Saving Day, emphasizes Andreas Tsetinis: “Energy Saving Day should remind us to save energy at all levels, which at the same time reduces costs and the carbon footprint. Such major challenges require holistic solutions. The manufacturing industry has a particularly large influence here. Our software solutions are revolutionizing cost and emissions management in industry.” Tset provides immediate insights into how design changes affect product costs and the CO₂ footprint and identifies optimization potential at an early stage.

Wash Hashemi explained “We have the expertise and the right tools to evaluate entire systems in the shortest possible time using data-driven calculations in terms of costs and CO2 footprint.” Some insights are summarized in the white paper “Cloud, CO2 and collaboration: The future of cost engineering” (. Thanks to Tset, cost and sustainability experts in companies can concentrate on collaborating with their engineers and designers.

Today, a total of over 80 developers and industry experts are employed at the up-and-coming company’s two locations in Vienna and Kuchl. Users of Tset’s software solutions currently include well-known automobile manufacturers as well as suppliers such as Chiron, ZF, Brose, Stabilus, Voltaira, DMG MORI and AGCO. After success in Europe, Tset is currently preparing to enter the market in North America and Asia.
