According to statistics, a total of 150 customers with 242 applications participated in the auction of 34 plots of land belonging to the above 3 projects. In particular, the starting price for land plots ranges from 24.8 million VND/m2 to 52.8 million VND/m2. The price step applicable to all land plots is 100,000 VND/m2.
As a result, land plot A9 belonging to Project ĐG 08 (Khanh Tan village, Sai Son commune) had the highest auction winning price of 74.1 million VND/m2, different from the starting price of 21.3 million VND/m2.
The land plot with the lowest winning price is 28 million VND/m2, higher than the starting price of 3.2 million VND/m2.
The total amount of money Quoc Oai district received from the land use rights auction this time was nearly 153 billion VND, exceeding the starting price of 26.9 billion VND.
It is known that from now until the end of 2024, Quoc Oai district will organize 5 more land auctions in communes: Tan Phu, Yen Son, Sai Son, total auction area is about 15,000m2, total expected amount. collected 500-600 billion VND.
