The Tariff Council confirmed the price of 52 medicines and changed the price of 32.
“Regulation on the Tariff (Price) Council of the Republic of Azerbaijan” approved by Decree No. 341 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated December 26, 2005, “State Registered In accordance with the Regulation on the regulation of the prices of medicinal products and the implementation of control over those prices” and the “Instructions on the methods of calculating the prices of medicinal products” approved by the Decision No. 4 of the Tariff (Price) Council of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated July 21, 2015, the Tariff of the Republic of Azerbaijan ( price) Council MAKES A DECISION:
1. To approve wholesale and retail prices of medicinal products to pharmacy organizations and their effective dates (attached).
2. It should be noted that the trade name, name of the active ingredient, dosage, pharmaceutical form, commercial packaging, packaging quantity, country of manufacture for medicinal products whose prices have been regulated by the Tariff (Price) Council of the Republic of Azerbaijan, approved by part 1 of this decision , is an overview listing the manufacturer company, wholesale to pharmacy organizations and retail price by pharmacy organization, and effective date.
