The State Bank produces and posts viral videos on social networks, with the participation of famous people such as Meritorious Artist Quyen Linh and her two daughters, actors Thanh Huong, Anh Duc… to promote education finance.

According to statistics from centralbanks.com, there are currently about 105 central banks with Twitter accounts, 130 central banks using Facebook accounts and over 80 central banks with YouTube accounts.

In the context of increasing globalization and digitalization, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) has also caught up with that trend by launching a fanpage with the theme of Financial Education.

Building a financial education fanpagenot only reflects domestic financial needs but also integrates international financial education experiences and trends, emphasizing the participation of new technology and media.

This is an initiative to improve awareness of personal financial management and enhance people’s financial skills, contributing to the implementation of the National Financial Inclusion Strategy and the Government’s projects on promoting non-cash payments, directives and telegrams of the Prime Minister on repelling black credit.

The content is shared on the financial education fanpagedesigned to fit the culture and socio-economic realities of Vietnam. The book includes financial knowledge from basic to advanced, integrated through stories expressed in a way that is easy to understand for all ages.

According to statistics from the State Bank, the number of people using banking services is up to about 77% of adults. Most Vietnamese families have transactions related to banking activities. Therefore, information about currency and banking always has a special appeal to public opinion.
