Supplements applied to the salaries of a number of medical workers in Azerbaijan have been increased.

It was reported that by the relevant decision of the Agency, changes were made in the “Regulation on remuneration of health workers working in medical institutions subordinated to the public legal entity “Union of Management of Medical Territorial Units”.
In addition to doctors, the changes include increases for medical workers. So the monthly fixed incentive allowances of a number of doctors and paramedics 14-150 % increased. The increase applies to doctors working as heads of Statistics and Pharmacy departments, doctors working on provisional duty, doctor-statistician, doctor-methodologist, heads of medical departments (departments, offices) (except dentist-doctor).

For doctors of the following specialties, the working day limit for which the incentive supplement is applied has been increased based on the results of work on outpatient activities:
- From 25 insured persons to 35 persons for doctors working in therapy and pediatric specialties;
- From 20 to 30 people for doctors working in obstetrics-gynecology and all surgical specialties;
At the same time, the working day limit for the doctor working on ultrasound examination, on which the incentive supplement is applied, has been increased from 25 insured persons to 30 persons.
The increase applied to the monthly fixed incentive allowances for those working in the positions of senior nurse (sister), senior midwife, senior paramedic, senior laboratory assistant and farm nurse (sister) in the structural divisions of medical institutions from 15 percent Up to 50 percent has risen.
