While most fashionistas show off photos of their ao dai, Thao Nhi Le releases bold photos on the first day of the new year.

Quynh Anh Shyn chose the same blue color as the Tiffany & Co product packaging. as the main tone for the whole family’s ao dai. She and her mother wore two designs with relatively similar designs made specifically by designer Cuong Dam. The highlight of this ao dai is the strangely stylized neck. To add emphasis to the plain Ao Dai, she wore a pair of stylish black glasses, suitable for this fashionista’s daily dressing style. Not less than mother and daughter, father Quynh Anh Shyn also chose a minimalist men’s ao dai from the Xeo Xò brand. Photo: @quynhanhshyn_.

On the first day of Tet, Thao Nhi Le “went big” and posted nude photos on her personal page. She created a photo series based on the concept of Dragon and Fairy’s descendants, both to honor Vietnamese culture and to respond to the new year Giap Thin. She transformed into a majestic, strong dragon, ready to overcome all difficulties and challenges. Not wearing ao dai or ao dai, Thao Nhi is almost nude, wearing sparkling dragon scales on her body. She also made a braided hairstyle that simulates a striking and impressive dragon tail image. Photo: @thaonhile.

Phi Phuong Anh wore a pastel pink ao dai with hand-embroidered motifs from the Xeo Xò brand. This outfit was once chosen by supermodels Thanh Hang and Salim. Phi Phuong Anh wore her hair in a neat bun, wore a pearl necklace and held a wooden fan when going to the temple on the first day of the year. She recreates the image of an elegant, gentle Hanoi girl traveling in spring at the beginning of the year with this outfit. Photo: @phi.phuonganh.

Pastel pink is also a color that is popular with Salim’s family. All 3 members of the small family wear this ao dai on the first day of Tet. While Salim and her husband both wore pink ao dai with a 3cm collar, baby Pam wore a round neck design. Salim quickly grasped this year’s ao dai trend, choosing an item with half sleeves made from see-through tulle. The loose, no-waist reformed shirt also helps the wearer move and operate more easily. Hoang Ku went on a spring trip with his mother in traditional clothes. Both wore Vietnamese costumes from the domestic brand Hoa Nien. While Hoang Ku chose red to symbolize luck and prosperity, his mother wore a purple design, wearing the typical three-sam hat of Northern women in the past. Hoang Ku also wears round glasses, recreating the image of an old fortune teller, evoking the spring atmosphere of Tet. Photo: @hoangku.

On the first day of the Lunar New Year, Alex Fox walked down the street with his ao dai flying. He wore a black men’s ao dai, dotted with some lucky red details. This fashionista combines a thin, light chiffon ao dai with jeans, creating an outfit that is both traditional and modern. He put his feet on a pair of padded boots, making the outfit even more personal, unique, and strange. Photo: @alexfox_alexfox.

Ninh Anh Bui and Tung Duong posted pictures wearing green toned ao dai on social networks. While many fashionistas choose cheerful red, Ninh Anh Bui and Tung Duong prefer green for fresh, youthful spring fortune. Both of them did not use additional accessories and scored points with simple, youthful outfits. Photo: @a.ninhh_.

Like many other fashionistas, Ngoc Thao chose a red ao dai for the first day of spring in the new year. She combined a red round neck shirt with white pants, creating a luxurious, classic, and noble outfit. Ribbon details attached to the collar add highlights to the traditional outfit set. Ngoc Thao made a braided hairstyle, wore pearl jewelry, and held a fan to complete her outfit on the first day of the first day. She also made a simple makeup layout, emphasizing lipstick in the same color as the ao dai. Photo: @ngocthao_official.
