“The relevant ministers are invited to answer the Parliament why they do not implement laws passed by themselves”
To answer in what he mentions in his letter Committee of flood-affected residents of Megali Kalyvia Trikalafor the blatant injustice real estate tax LIGHT notwithstanding the statutory provision for exemption to the flood victims, he asks me report which he filed at Parliament to the Ministers of National Economy and Finance, Climate Crisis and Civil Protection, the MP for Trikala of SYRIZA-Progressive Alliance, Marina Kontotoli.
In particular, as he mentions “the Flood Victims’ Committee of Trikala’s Great Kalyviasthe clearances were posted ENFIA, between the others and the flood victims. SUBJECT: “Government analgesia has no limits. They are asking for an ENFIA tax for flooded houses in M. Kalivia of Trikala”.
The Member of Parliament for Trikala of SYRIZA-PS, Marina Kontotoli, bearing in mind the letter of 9/4/2024 from the Committee of Flood Victims of the Great Kalivia Trikala, submits it as a Report to the Ministers of National Economy and Finance, Climate Crisis and Civil Protection, requesting respond to the Parliament for the gross injustice against the flood victims, who are asked to pay ENFIA, while they have been exempted by law (Law 5087/2024 art. 54).
In its letter, the Committee for Flood Victims of Megalivia points out, among other things:
· The ENFIA settlements were posted on citizens’ accounts for 2024. Among others, flood victims.
· Despite the government’s announcements to exempt the flood victims from ENFIA, the bill also came to them for houses marked green, yellow and red and for fields that were flooded.
· The government’s painlessness has no limits! It has been 7 months since the flood and no flood victims have received compensation for the damage to their homes and many have not yet received the first Aid.
· We strongly protest this gross injustice and denounce the indifference of the rulers.

The ENFIA settlements were posted on citizens’ accounts for 2024. Among others, flood victims. Despite the government’s announcements to exempt the flood victims from ENFIA, the bill also came to them for houses marked green, yellow and red and for fields that were flooded.
The painlessness of the government has no limits! It has been 7 months since the flood and no flood victims have received compensation for the damage to their homes and many have not yet received the first Aid. As if all that wasn’t enough, they now loaded us with ENFIA to complete the mischief.
We strongly protest this gross injustice and denounce the indifference of the rulers.
We request the exemption of all flood victims and especially the areas that were declared red, from ENFIA.
We invite the flood victims of the D.E Megalon Kalyvia who came to pay ENFIA, on Sunday 14/4 in the morning at 11 o’clock in the building of the former KAPI to decide together how we will respond to this blatant injustice.
