He reiterated his proposal to connect Guadalajara with the Mexico City through a passenger train that has routes to Manzanillo, Colima.

In terms of security, he stated that there is currently no coordination between the state government and the federal government, so if he wins the presidency of the Republic, this joint work would improve.
