In a Telegram post on social media, the southern forces of the Ukrainian army said that nine Russian drones were shot down by the Ukrainian forces. But a drone hit the Odessa port area. And from there the fire started.
After recovering the body of one person, rescue workers said many others may be trapped under the rubble. Emergency forces are working to bring the fire under control. A woman security guard was rescued from the rubble while putting out the fire.
Explaining the type of drone attack by the Russian forces, the Ukrainian military said that the Russian forces used drones to attack the port of Odessa. But they failed to hit the target.
