The aspirants demanded the appointment of the registration certificate holders who passed the examination of the Private Teacher Registration and Certification Authority (NTRCA) before June 12, 2018. If the demands are not met within the next two weeks, they have warned of sit-in program in front of the Ganobhaban.

They gave this warning in front of the National Press Club on Friday (February 16) in front of the National Press Club organized under the banner of ‘NTRCA Registered (1st-12th) Recruitment Prospective Teachers Parishad’.

Convenor of the organization GM Yachin said, by immediate implementation of the judgment of the full bench of the Appellate Division of the Law and Supreme Court, arrangements should be made for the appointment of NTRCA registered (1st-12th) certificate holders who have passed the eligibility test before June 12, 2018. We want to restore our lost dream, if we do not get a specific announcement to give us jobs within 2 weeks from now, we will hold a sit-in program in front of Ganobhaban to highlight the issue of our legal rights to Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, maintaining all peace and order. I will not back down in this case. Our demand from today is that he should be given a job if he has only one certificate. We refuse to accept any alternative.

He also said that in the last year 2022, Saroj Kumar, Joint Secretary of the Ministry of Education, accepted a list of our names. If there was a hindrance in the law for recruitment, why did a responsible person of the ministry collect the list of names of registration certificate holders who were deprived of employment. So stop playing with your life, work as a servant of the republic.

At that time, about half a hundred aspirants of NTRCA registration certificate holders were present in the human chain.
