JAKARTA – Beef is a source of protein that is popular with most people in Indonesia. In fact, nowadays the various types and qualities of beef are increasingly diverse, from wagyu, meltique, and many more.

Therefore, Meat & Livestock Australia (MLA) is collaborating with the state of New South Wales (NSW) to present two types of beef from Australia that can tempt the taste buds of meat lovers.

Chief Representative MLA Indonesia Christian Haryanto stated that this event is expected to educate meat lovers in Jakarta regarding the quality and taste of Australian beef. Of course, every Australian beef featured in the NSW Beef Escapade event is guaranteed halal. MLA has also ensured that every procedure and meat is halal.

“The aim of this event is to educate and provide knowledge about the quality of typical Australian beef, of course it is halal. “Because we ensure that beef from Australia that enters Indonesia is definitely halal for consumption,” explained Christian Haryanto at the NSW Beef Escapade Kick Off at Ranch Market Lotte Shopping Avenue, Jakarta, Thursday (2/5/2024).

There are 2 types of meat presented by MLA and NSW at this event, namely Manning Valley Naturally and Wild Rivers Purebred Wagyu.

Manning Valley Naturally style meats have earned more than 25 awards. In fact, the quality of the meat is equivalent to beef fed with premium grass feed. With quality feed, the resulting meat will also be juicier and tastier.

As for Wild Rivers wagyu beef, this is one of the meats that is famous for its marbling. Wild Rivers meat itself has received a score of 8+ in terms of meat marbling.
