The way to prison is taken by the antiquities guard in Nisyros against whom it had been practiced criminal prosecution as a felony for sexual indecency, seduction of children, attempted rape, child pornography and purchase – possession of narcotics.
With the concurrence of the Prosecutor of the First Instance Court and the investigatorthe 62-year-old, who is detained in Kos, has been remanded in custody and is expected to be sent to prison.
It is recalled it all started when after phone call in the Nisyros police stationfrom Smile of Childin which he was denounced sexual harassment by 50 years old against 10 year old boy.
On the same day, father of the 10-year-old boy went to the AT of the island and after reporting that the archeologist pointed out to his son video with pornographic material he himself was faced with the possibility of deportation as not he had legal documents.
This fact caused the reaction of the local community which stood aside to father of the 10-year-old.
