Seven long months have already passed since the moment when Karolína Muchová (27) last started a match. In addition, the Czech tennis player has to miss this year’s Roland Garros due to an injury, where she advanced to the final last year. But she still found her way to Paris, albeit as a tourist. But she was not alone. She also went to the French capital with extenist and TV expert Barbora Hlavicová (29), unmarried Štefková. And the photos indicate happy news!
One wrong move and it was bad. Karolína Muchová, who had a great season last year, injured a tendon loop in her right wrist last year while training before the quarterfinals of the US Open. And when it seemed in February that the expected return to matches was about to take place, even worse news came.
“She played fantastic, but one bad shot ruined everything. She played a forehand behind her body, reached behind it and hit the ball with the frame. Her wrist cracked again and it was immediately obvious that she was in tremendous pain.” described Emil Miške, Muchová’s coach, for the daily Sport.
This was followed by an operation on her right wrist, after which the successful athlete had her hand in a cast for six weeks. But now her smile is coming back. Muchová went on a trip to Paris together with her great friend, former tennis player Barbora Štefková, as she revealed on the social network. “How are you?” she wrote in French for a series of photos in which an attentive person can notice an interesting detail.
In the pictures, Bara has a beautifully round belly, which she caresses lovingly in one photo, so it seems that she and her partner are expecting a second child. She brought her first bundle of happiness into the world less than two years ago, when her son Vincent was born.
