Morena will file a complaint against Xóchitl Gálvez before the Public Service

This Thursday, Morena will file a complaint with the Ministry of Public Administration against Xóchitl Gálvez for several inconsistencies in his asset declarations, as reported by the national leader of the Guinda party, Mario Delgado, and the campaign spokesperson, Víctor Hugo Romo.

In a press conference, Delgado assured that the opposition presidential candidate, Xóchitl Gálvez, has lied permanently and systematically.

An example of this, he maintained, is that he hid information in his asset declaration. “He says one thing in his asset declaration, but the evidence shows something else. That is a sign of lack of honesty and corruption”he indicated.

And I add: “The Public and Commerce Registry shows that he is lying in his asset declaration because he hides that he is still a shareholder of the company OMEI, which continues to be the legal representative of this company; a company that we have already demonstrated by the million-dollar contracts it had and the contracts it They had their companies in real estate developments that she authorized as a delegate.

“He made a modern innovation in favor of the Real Estate Cartel in the City. That is, he gave authorization to build the building, in exchange for them hiring his companies. And obviously he does not report it because he knows it is a crime”Delgado declared.

Meanwhile, Víctor Hugo Romo assured that every time Xóchitl Gálvez talks about his heritage it only generates more doubts and voids. “The PRIAN presidential candidate said in 2011 that she had donated 100 percent of her shares in Operation and Maintenance of Intelligent Buildings (OMEI) to her daughter, trying to distance herself from the company.

However, Romo explained that the OMEI company was founded by Gálvez together with her husband in 1998, with her having a 70% stake and him 30%. Likewise, she commented that among her multiple lies, Gálvez perjured that OMEI was just her husband’s business. “In his last six public asset statements he did not declare OMEI, but he did acknowledge that he received payments from the company.”

He also commented that Xóchitl Gálvez declared that he bought his house in cash, when in reality he took out a loan and only paid part of it in cash. “On this issue she also lied.
