I knew him through a friend and I asked him ‘why do you mention Monastery?’ And he told me something that really shocked me and seemed cool to me: ‘brother, in the neighborhoods, all the guys who are from the neighborhoods are from Monastery and I thought the brand was from somewhere else,’” he says. emotion.
At that moment, playing at the Poblado Remix meant a very large exposure for the owner of Monastery, taking into account that he was going to be with artists like J Balvin, Nicky Jam, Karol G, among others. However, neither Ryan Castro nor Blessed ultimately made it into the remix, but it was still a dream for Castellanos to be able to make the song with Ryan.

“I told him ‘come on, brother, let’s release the song’ and that lasted for seven months and he started releasing verses.
