Metronome Prague: Janek Ledecky has a new sidekick!

The last time he played on the street was when he was seventeen, when no one knew him, and now he repeated the street performance. “I cut it, it’s a good challenge. I also made some money,” the singer said with a laugh.

“People came up to me to pat me on the back. I probably wouldn’t make a living from it, but maybe it could be a side hustle,” joked Ledeckywho will play at the festival with his son Jonáš (30). “He’s a famous guitarist. It’s amazing that we get to play together for the first time. We are really looking forward to it,” added the singer enthusiastically about the festival (June 20 to 22 at Prague’s Výstaviště), where he and his band will pay tribute to Bob Dylan.“As at all our parties, I will play Dylan’s compositions both with original texts and with examples of how our best lyricists managed to translate them into Czech,” added Ledecky.

In addition to a constellation of foreign stars such as Raye (6 Brit Awards), Kosheen, Milky Chance or Caravan Palace Michael Kocáb from the Czech Republic will also present himself (69), Lenny (30) or Dominika Hašková (28) with the group We Are Domi. A one-day ticket costs CZK 1,790, a three-day ticket costs CZK 3,190.
