Until 17:00 today, the initiative committees can register for participation in the “two in one” elections – for people’s representatives and for the European Parliament, according to the Central Election Commission (CEC) voting schedule.
For the elections for people’s representatives, the initiative committees submit an application for registration to the regional election commissions, and for the European Parliament (EP) – to the CEC.
Today also expires the deadline in which a citizen of another EU member state, who meets the conditions and wishes to be entered in the electoral roll, submits a declaration according to a model to the municipal administration at the address of residence in Bulgaria.
The deadline for registration of candidate lists is May 7. The parties, coalitions and initiative committees make proposals to the CEC for the registration of candidate lists in the elections for members of the EP and to the RIC for the elections for people’s representatives.
