A special Commission was established by the Decree of December 28, 2011 “On measures to strengthen the social protection of military personnel of the Azerbaijan Army”. Representatives of various bodies are represented in that Commission.

Today, military personnel can take advantage of the preferential mortgage lending mechanism to solve the housing issue.
