On December 14, 2023, the traditional Gmunden store Stögmüller Mode opened its doors to 30 young entrepreneurs from the district. The event, organized by Junge Wirtschaft Gmunden, offered a fascinating insight into the renowned fashion company.
Stögmüller Mode, a flagship of the Gmunden economy, has a sales area of 4,000m² and is run by Helmut and Christa Stögmüller in the fourth generation. Since it was founded in 1898, the company has continued to develop, most recently with a renovation and expansion in 2022.
The Stögmüller family gave the participants deep insights into the history of the house and emphasized the importance of personal customer advice. An outstanding feature of the company is its effort to stand out from competitors through excellent customer advice and support, a diverse range for young and old, and exceptional architecture and to offer customers a unique shopping experience.
During the company tour, there was the opportunity to view all departments, including goods receiving, the in-house tailoring and the newly designed ROOF garden. The event ended with a question and answer session and networking in the new DACHgarten with food and drink.
The JW event once again offered exciting insights into the history, development and special features of Stögmüller fashion, which certainly left a lasting impression on visitors.
