Stuttgart, Germany and Phoenix, March 4, 2024 (ots/PRNewswire) – Exyte, a global leader in the design, engineering and delivery of ultra-clean and future-ready equipment for high-tech industries, has completed the acquisition of CollabraTech Solutions. The company specializes in distribution systems and contract manufacturing. The portfolio of US-based CollabraTech Solutions includes the design, development and optimization of ultra-high-purity critical process systems, particularly for the production of semiconductors. CollabraTech Solutions, based in Phoenix, Arizona, employs approximately 70 people. It was agreed not to disclose the details of the purchase contract.

CollabraTech Solutions was founded in 2013. The company offers distribution systems and configurable system components for high-purity, inert and reactive materials. CollabraTech Solutions’ services include development, prototyping, manufacturing design, system integration and maintenance, and production expansion. The company’s customers include leading manufacturers of semiconductor production equipment and other technology-oriented market leaders. The company’s global sales and service organization covers high-tech equipment markets in Asia, Europe and the Middle East.
With the acquisition of CollabraTech Solutions, Exyte continues its strategy of vertical integration and strengthens its business in the area of critical equipment and services. The Technology & Services (T&S) division consists of companies that provide installation services and essential components for the semiconductor, battery and biopharmaceutical industries.

CollabraTech Solutions is the fourth acquisition to strengthen Exyte’s Technology & Services division; after the acquisition of the US companies Critical Process Systems Group (CPS) and Airgard, Inc. as well as the German Intega GmbH. With these acquisitions, Exyte expanded its portfolio to include distribution systems and exhaust gas management systems for industries such as semiconductors and life sciences.
