She said she always felt that she was basically expected to follow in her family’s footsteps. However, she is very happy for her family and remembers with love her recently deceased grandmother, who passed away on January 13 this year.

“Of course, I only have the best memories of my grandmother, but I like to tell myself that even though she is already upstairs with my grandfather and they are doing well, I wear her here. And I’m glad she’s not in any pain anymore.” Dvořáková spoke about the painful loss in an interview for Showtime on Prima.

At the same time, she also revealed what kind of “inheritance” the famous representative of Tonička from Básník left her, even during her lifetime. “Grandma is still with me in part because she was an amazing showgirl. She once said to me: ‘Annie, go through all my wardrobes and jewelery boxes and take what you want, because I’m not going to wear it anymore, so let it carry on.’ So I did so,” Anna explained, showing off the jewelry on her hands. Thanks to this, he always has the memory of Hlaváčová with him.
