It is in accordance with this constitutional provision that the Head of State transmitted to the National Representation a certain number of Decrees ratifying various Loan or Financing Agreements that he has ratified.

By Radio – Television Press release referenced No. 3180-24/AN/SGA/CSE signed this May 6, 2024, the President of the National Assembly Louis G. VLAVONOU invites his fellow deputies for this Wednesday, May 8, 2024 for the purpose of examining sixteen (16) of the said Presidential Decrees.

But before examining these Decrees, the deputies will examine, as mentioned in the Press Release below, the Draft Law authorizing the ratification of the World Trade Organization agreement on fishing subsidies adopted in Geneva on June 17, 2022.
